超音波振動篩是將超音波發(fā)生器與振動篩結(jié)合在一起的新生產(chǎn)品，原理是將普通電源轉(zhuǎn)換為35KH,的高頻電能(國內(nèi)最高為25KH;)，再用裝在網(wǎng)框上的超音波振子頭35KH,的電能轉(zhuǎn)換成機械能，使篩網(wǎng)面產(chǎn)生網(wǎng)眼看不到的超音速的振動，使網(wǎng)面上的物料始終保持懸浮狀態(tài),從而達到高效篩分和過濾的目的，使超微細(xì)粉篩分分離成為易事。

Ultrasonic vibration screening filter is a new product that combines ultrasonic generator andvibrating sieve. The principle is: it converts reqular power into 35KHZ high-frequency electricalenergy (the highest in China is 25KHZ) Firstly; then the 35KHZ electrical energy converts intomechanical energy with the use of supersonic oscillator, which is installed on screen frame.
